ChickAdvisor Event ...calling all awesome ladies !

So last week I got an awesome email from Chick Advisor that said they're having a party and I'm invited .....

Basically they are throwing three parties in three major Canadian cities for 300 lucky ladies who are wanting to come out enjoy some tea,treats and testing .....

The event costs 25$ and that gets you into one of the hotest events in Canada where you will end up going home with a bunch of full sized goodies to a total of 100$ if not more ...

You will be required to test things out while you are at the event so they do require you to be comfortable with testing many different beauty items and other goodies like chocolate ;) .... Influenster imPressManicure Voxbox

Hello readers,

I was one of the lucky Canadian gals who were chosen to review the #imPressManicure from #Influenster ..... And Broadway Nails .

In my VoxBox I recieved two pairs of nails for free for review purposes .

The first set is called working girl 

These nails are a black and silver crackle ... As you may remember I recieved this exact pair back in November when Influenster launched the Canadian program ... I was a bit saddened to have gotten the same design AGAIN .. 

The second pair is a purple shimmer with typical salon type designs on it ...

I really end liked this pair with the exception of them being way too small for my nails ..

If any of you follow my Instagram : Crystalpistol666 then you will know that my natural nails are always very long .. Thus creating an issue when wearing these since they are the "short style". But as of right now my left ring nail broke all the way down to the bed so it wasn't a huuuuge issue ..

Garnier Canada Damage Eraser VoxBox

Last week I posted an entry about the #mysterybrand items I got for free from #influenster in my #voxbox ... Well the brand has been officially revealed and it's ...Drum Roll please...........The new Garnier Damage Eraser line .... Today I got this suuuuper large box in the mail with four full sizes items

I'm generally a haircare snob and I go only towards salon products but this time it's different ... My hair is so very dry and dull and I haven't had a haircut since June ...do do do do .. Well at first my hair was super dry when using the product but now that I've had a trim, I see that the products are doing an amazing job hydrating and repairing ... I'm also looooving the smell my hair has the next day after I've washed my hair.  #damageraser #fructis

Eat,Sleep,Polish Review *Midnight Madness*

Back in December I had the lovey chance to meet up with Caterina the lovely maker of Eat,Sleep,Polish . I knew I wanted to try out a few of her lovely polishes so I asked her to bring down two polishes Midnight Madness and Pajama Hero . Today I have here on my blog a review and a few photos of My Valentines Day mani I did using Midnight Madness... 

Cat's logo is super adorable it's a little sleeping kitten with a bottle of nailpolish by its side...my two favourite things Cats and Nailpolish ;)  I really have to say how much I love her formula it's super opaque but not super thick and it settles to a super smooth and shiny finish . I highly suggest you make your way over to her site as she has just released her Alice in polishland collection and it's stunning !! http://eatsleeppolish.com

 

The Mystery VoxBox Loreal by Influenster

Last week I was very surprised to see that I was getting in on the new #MysteryBrand VoxBox by Influenster ... Inside the box I got three travel sized bottles .. One is a shampoo one is a conditioner and the other is a repair serum . We are supposed to use the product for the next two weeks until when the Mystery brand will be revealed and we will then get full sized versions to continue using ... I have been using the three products since getting them and I have to say they breed like a high end brand . Ever since using the three products my hair has been so smooth and smells amazing and I'm also finding my hair isn't getting as tangled at the ends .

My Big Bold NYC Look from Influenster Maple Vox Box

So a couple weeks ago I was chosen to test out a few products from the Maple Vox Box from Influenster . So I was given these items complementary to test out for the purpose of reviewing :) 

First up is the NYC New York Color Big Bold Curl Mascara $4.99

This mascara is SUUUUUPER huuuuge not just in size of the bottle but also in the applicator ... I have to say its almost ridclious how large it is... I did on the other hand enjoy the "Plumping Benefits" from this mascara. It left my lashes very plump and rich and never did they look spiked . 

Second up is the NYC New York Color Big Bold Plumping Lip Gloss $4.99

Now again just like the Mascara the LipGloss was also suuuuper large to the point I had a few issues due to my lips being super tiny . I found that the applicator was beyond ridclious and made a mess more then anything due to my lips being freakishly small ... I didn't find that it "Plumped" my lips at all but I did feel a tingling sensation when I had it on after a few minutes. 

 So all in all while I didn't mind the products I will end up sticking to my current products that I use ;)
